1. What sizes do you carry?

2. Do you restock sold-out items?
Some of our collections are limited edition and will not be restocked. For core essentials, restocks may happen seasonally. We recommend signing up for back-in-stock alerts on the product page.
3. Where do you ship?
We currently ship across UK, US, EU, Canada. Shipping options and delivery times will appear at checkout based on your location.
4. How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 10 PM are eligible for next-day delivery in select locations. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.
5. How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply log into your account, select the item, and request a return or exchange. Once approved, you’ll receive further instructions by email.
6. How should I care for my garments?
Each piece comes with a care label for guidance. We recommend gentle washing or dry cleaning for premium fabrics to maintain quality.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact our customer care team within 8 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to modify it.
