At Noir, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Items must be returned within 30days from date of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., underwear, cosmetics, personal care items).
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days at Noirboutiqueny@gmail.com with photos of the item.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12hours of purchase, as we process orders quickly.
After this period, cancellations may not be possible as orders are quickly processed to ensure fast delivery.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account or payment method.
If still not received after 5-10 days, contact your bank or payment provider.
